Medical Assistance Fund Application
Bama Bully Rescue continuously applies for grants in hopes of having enough money to help low income bully breed owners and Good Samaritans (people who have rescued dogs) afford the expense of veterinary services for vaccinations and injuries. All funding must be pre-approved, and it may take several days to process your application. Therefore, this fund is not designed for emergency veterinary services. The maximum amount available from this fund for any one family is $250.
Be sure to read the notes to the right before you complete the application. If you are comfortable with the items listed, please complete the application below to apply for financial assistance. It is important to understand that there may not always be funds available. If we are not able to secure grant money, we must use all the donations we receive for Bama Bully Rescue dogs. Please know that we will always try to approve your application, but we may sometimes have to direct you to other resources due to lack of funds.
This application is for non-emergency medical assistance only. (There is a separate application for spay/neuter assistance.) If the dog in need has not been spayed/neutered, we require that you agree to this before funds will be awarded.
We cannot reimburse for procedures that have already been completed.
All funding must be pre-approved
We pay the vet clinic directly.
If you work for a clinic and have a client that is unable to fill out the application due to disability or lack of internet access, please contact us at the e-mail address - fixabull@bamabully.org.
If you haven't heard from us within 7 days of submitting your application, check your spam folder for our volunteer's response. The name you submit on the application will appear in the subject line.
